The Seahawks now have two pretty impressive come-from-behind victories on their resume this season. They climbed out of a 17-point deficit in Week 4 and then a 21-point deficit Sunday against the Bucs. What's concerning is that they had to come from behind in the first place.
I was poised to present the Packers as the No. 1 team on this list with a top-three rushing attack and
Aaron Rodgers playing lights out, despite a depleted receiving corps. Rodgers' health going forward is a huge question mark.
7 Panthers 5-3 +15
I'm excited to watch this defense go up against the 49ers' power rushing game this weekend, and I think Luke Kuechly has the coverage skills to keep Vernon Davis in check.
8 Colts 6-2 -4
Andrew Luck now has three game-winning drives this season and the most (10) in his first two seasons than any other quarterback since 1960.
9 Saints 6-2 -4
After starting the season 5-0, the Saints have now lost two of their last three and lead the Panthers by just one game in the NFC South.
10 Lions 5-3 +2
I really want to believe in the Lions, but something has me worried about their sustainability in the second half of the season and the playoffs -- if they make it there.
The Bears now join the Lions and Packers in a three-way tie atop the NFC North at 5-3.
13 Cowboys 5-4 -3
It took the entire 60 minutes for the Cowboys to put away the
Vikings, but that may not be a bad thing for this team in the long run. Romo needed to show his critics that he can win a game late.
14 Jets 5-4
Rex Ryan is now 5-0 against his brother when facing off when both are either a coordinator or head coach. The Jets have yet to win back-to-back games all season, but that could change with the
Bills on the schedule after a bye this weekend.
15 Chargers 4-4 -4
The Chargers almost beat the
Redskins in regulation with seconds to go but couldn't score from the half-yard line. Then they let Washington march down the field on overtime and punch it in to end the game.
16 Titans 4-4 -1
Welcome back, Chris Johnson. The electric runner had his first 100-yard rushing game since Week 15 of 2012 and scored his first rushing touchdown of the season.
17 Redskins 3-5 +7
Just like last year, the Redskins are 3-5 to start the season, but I just can't imagine them making the playoffs in back-to-back years having to climb out of that hole again.
18 Dolphins 4-4
The situation in Miami is far from over, as the investigation from both the NFL and NFLPA are sure to turn over additional information, but one thing is clear: the entire franchise is suffering from a lack of leadership and direction.
19 Eagles 4-5 +2
The Eagles averaged just five points per game over the previous two weeks but exploded for 49 points after running just 45 plays against the Raiders on Sunday. That's efficient.
20 Giants 2-6 +9
The Giants have the longest win streak in their division and should get another one on Sunday with the Raiders making the cross-country trip to the East Coast.
21 Browns 4-5 +4
The Browns beat the
Ravens for the first time in 11 tries on Sunday. It makes you wonder why the Browns didn't turn it over to Jason Campbell immediately after
Brian Hoyer went down for the season.
22 Cardinals 4-4 -4
Arizona has some impressive wins over the Panthers and Lions this year and has played relatively tight games against San Francisco and Seattle.
23 Bills 3-6 -7
I've been saying it all along: the Bills, particularly with a healthy EJ Manuel, are going to spoil someone's season over the course of the next eight weeks. They almost did it to the Chiefs on Sunday.
24 Texans 2-6 -5
Get well soon, Gary Kubiak. We will be thinking about you.
25 Ravens 3-5 -8
This is the first loss after a bye week for the Ravens under John Harbaugh and the third straight week they failed to score more than 20 points in the game.
26 Falcons 2-6 -3
After going 6-2 on the road last season, the Falcons are now 0-4 away from the Georgia dome this year.
27 Raiders 3-5 -1
Terrelle Pryor has shown flashes, but he now has four multi-interception games on his resume this season and has gone two straight games without throwing a touchdown.
28 Rams 3-6 -1
The Rams have now lost three in a row for the second time this season, but they might have found a long-term solution at running back with Zac Stacy.
29 Vikings 1-7 +1
So now what, Josh Freeman?
30 Steelers 2-6 -10
The Steelers put up a season-highs in total net yards (479 and a season-high in points (31) but then they surrendered a franchise-worst 610 total yards and 55 points on defense.
31 Buccaneers 0-8 +1
The Bucs executed their game plan to almost near perfection on Sunday. Greg Schiano and his staff were not outcoached, but they just don't have the same talent as the Seahawks.
